Bergara B-14 Squared Crest Carbon 7mm PRC Rifle 17544-B14LM7513CF The Crest Carbon is born from a stock crafted entirely in carbon fiber with an internal spine making it the pinnacle of strength and rigidity. This 100% carbon fiber stock is designed with industry-leading technologies to withstand anything you throw at it. The Crest stock also incorporates length-of-pull spacers and our M5 cutout which provides users with a unique versatility to seamlessly transition from AICS magazine to a traditional floorplate. This stock, now combined with our CURE carbon fiber barrel sets a new standard in durability and performance. The perfect mating of carbon and steel. Bergara cured the carbon barrel problem of inconsistency by getting steel and carbon to perfectly work together by managing heat. CURE Barrels are uniquely optimized both mechanically and thermodynamically via a proprietary, patent pending, carbon weave with embedded stainless strands that move heat. Every aspect of the design was optimized to yield an ultralight, stiff, straight, rugged barrel, shot after shot. Featuring our Cold Bore Technology™. This new 100% carbon fiber stock is manufactured using CF-RTM technology, a state-of-the-art method in high demand in the automotive and aerospace industries. This manufacturing process consist of assembling dry carbon fibers by hand with an injected resin. We have incorporated a carbon spine throughout the stock providing greater rigidity and strength. This technology, along with LOP spacers, sets a new standard in being the best choice for carbon stocks. Bergara B-14 action consists of a two-bolt system with a sliding extractor and a tapered bolt and breech stop to ensure smooth cartridge insertion and extraction. Finish with a Sniper Grey Cerakote® to complement the barrel and flute-plated to enhance its appearance and reduce its overall weight. Our Performance trigger has a smooth trigger shoe for extreme comfort with pulling though your shot. Incorporated into the housing of the trigger body, we have included a trigger pull weight adjustment screw that allows for adjustment in pull weight ranging from 1.5-3.5 pounds. This can be done with the use of a simple Allen Key and does not require a gunsmith.
