Up to 15lbs. of carrying strength for your medium-weight gear Strong, rubber over-molded heavy-duty nylon and rubber straps securely hold tools, firearms, bows, crossbows, fishing poles, shovels, farm tools, etc and other gear of various configurations. NOTE: GUNS/HEAVY OBJECTS SHOULD NOT BE CARRIED IN THE FULL-TILT POSITION Tilts 160° in 40° increments. Base rotates 360°.
